Software bajakan = halal/haram?

Bukan karena habis Jum'atan trus jadi pengin ngomongin yang halal haram lho, tapi karena habis jumatan baca deadline detikinet siang ini ("Industri Software Lokal Di Ambang Kehancuran?") bikin prihatin aja. Sebenarnya kalo ita mau berfikir jernih emang budaya kita yang masih menggemari software bajakan bakalan semakin membodohi negara kita sendiri. Gimana enggak? kalo software gratisan yang cuma seharga 3 mangkuk Mie Ayam bisa dengan mudah kita dapatkan, anak bangsa yang sebenarnya punya potensi untuk mengembangkan industri software bakal mikir juga. Apa nggak lebih baik jualan pecel lele. Laris manis dan nggak bakalan dibajak. Paling banter digusur Satpol PP :D .

Sebagai seorang programmer gadungan aku turut prihatin deh, meskipun nggak munafik juga pernah masih pake software bajakan :p . Apalagi di kota jogja yang semuanya serba murah meriah (kecuali kuliah di U**). Disini Sarapan pagi kucingan pak Burhan cuma Rp 2500 (paket Nasi, Tempe plus Bakmi). Nggak beda jauh dengan harga sewa software di rental hehehee... Jogja memang menyenangkan.

Tapi denger-denger dah ada fatwa yang mengatakan bahwa Software Bajakan itu haram. bener ga sih? mau memastikan sendiri masih ragu juga. Soalnya kalo bener kan pusing sendiri juga xixixixixi... Musti banyak-banyak istighfar kalo mencet tombol power on. Capeek deeeehhh.....
